Code of Conduct
Fellows, mentors, speakers, staff and partners are expected to maintain professional conduct, respect confidentiality and engage across differences with integrity.
Participant Welfare and Safeguarding
Youth 18 maintains appropriate standards for participant welfare, responsible conduct, reporting and programme safety.
Institutional Partnerships
Institutional partnerships are governed by documented rights, defined limits and appropriate conflict-of-interest procedures.

Youth 18 is the next-generation leadership initiative of Global 18 and operates within its wider institutional and geographic framework.
Youth 18 is a non-governmental organisation accepting eligible members and Fellowship candidates from the 15 national communities and three regional communities of the Global 18 framework.
