Executive Summary
The principles, structure and expectations that define the Youth 18 Fellowship.
Programme Structure
The Fellowship combines leadership foundations, international dialogue, mentorship, collaborative work, public insight and participation in the Youth 18 Summit. Each element serves a defined educational and institutional purpose.
Programme formats include case discussion, expert exchange, peer consultation, field engagement and structured reflection across the 18 communities.
Selection and Conduct
Admission follows documented eligibility review, formal application, assessment, interview and confirmation. Selection is based on achievement, integrity, international perspective, community affiliation and capacity for sustained participation.
Fellows observe the Youth 18 Code of Conduct, respect confidentiality and identify their personal and professional capacities accurately in programme and public work.
Contribution and Review
Fellowship participation includes preparation, active dialogue and agreed collaborative work. Projects and public contributions operate through defined responsibilities, evidence standards and appropriate review.
The framework links individual development with responsibility to the wider cohort and the long-term quality of the Youth 18 community.
